| Two teams are through to the Grand Final on September 11th, with the Under 17's & 14's to play next Saturday for a chance to join the A's and B's on Grand Final day. Come out to the footy and support the lads in their bid to play in the Grand Final. |

| Congratulations to all who contributed to the Under 12's Mangalo trip this weekend. The lads played three games overall, coming second in the final. Thanks again to Margaret Morgan for driving everyone down in the bus .............. a really fantastic effort!!!!!!!!!!! |

| Tonight Acko works his final shift for the Roopena Football Club before heading to Port Neill to take over the Hotel's lease with another former Roopena staff member, Chris Norman. Acko, thankyou for your contribution to our Club, we wish you and Chris the best of luck in your new venture, and you'll see plenty of the Roos folk down at Port Neill from time to time. |
